How to configure auto-responder message

The auto-responder is an automated message that will be sent as a reply to all incoming email messages. Many people use auto-responders as vacation messages or confirmations of receipt of the message.

To customize an auto-responder for your account please follow those steps:

1. Enter your account with your email address and password.

   If your mailbox name is aaa@mydomain.com then enter the webmail by http://mail.mydomain.com/ url.

2. Go to Settings -> My Auto-Responder.

3. Follow those instructions:
   
   - SmarterMail 3.x: http://help.smartertools.com/smartermail/v3/Topics/User/Settings/MyAutoResponder.aspx.
   
   - SmarterMail 4.x: http://help.smartertools.com/smartermail/v4/Topics/User/Settings/MyAutoResponder.aspx.
