The web site of the Museum on the Seam has been launched and was presented in a special exposition in Berlin, Germany. The museum has been established in the aim of advancing dialog, understanding and coexistence. By means of a number of multimedia stations, the visitors are confronted by the conflicts in a multicultural society and the different ways of solving them. The museum encourages the visitors to participate in the situations and react to the conflicts, thus making them understand that conflicts can be resolved in non-aggressive ways.

The web site includes a presentation of the museum and its philosophy, a description of the exhibitions and a virtual visit, which transmits the museum’s message and encourages the surfers to visit the actual establishment. The site also includes a guestbook, a virtual shop selling postcards, T-shirts and posters with works by artists from all over the world as well as some art exhibitions. The site’s language is English, but additional languages will be added in the coming months. The site was developed in HTML technology in combination with Flash and ASP.
